A Word About Technical Support

The FAAR Leadership and Staff are committed to giving the membership the best possible service and support. From time to time, the Technical Support Staff receives calls regarding non-Kinnexus related support questions as well as calls from members wishing to be trained on the MLS software over the telephone. While we are always willing to help our members as much as we can when it comes to general computer questions and Kinnexus functions, we cannot offer telephone training or support for computer hardware issues.

Examples: Networks, network printing, wireless routers, Internet connectivity, firewalls, modems, scanners, digital cameras, hard drives, printers, etc. These are all issues that the FAAR Staff will not be able to provide support for. However, if you’d like to email us with questions or to seek advice, we’ll do what we can to help you.

Please view the Video Training section of this web site and the MLS Support Documents for assistance with MLS software tasks. You are encouraged to register for a Kinnexus Class.

FAAR provides no support for the creation or maintenance of Broker, Agent, or Company web sites; other than providing information regarding IDX (Internet Data Exchange).
